WHAT’S THE EPISODE ABOUT…

Hello and welcome back to the Unleashed Podcast. I’m your host, Kristina Sjolund and I am really excited to share something with you today. Well, I’m always excited to share things, but there’s something that really took a huge effect on the way that I ran my business quite some time ago. I think it’s going on two years, and I think about it almost on the daily. And I thought, you know what, somebody out there needs this, somebody needs to hear this because if it affects you the way that it did me, it’s going to push you forward and push you harder. And when I’m coaching somebody privately or in a group, I do this a little bit differently because I typically have you write this down and I typically would have you take the time to write it out, get the feeling into it, you know, like really, really, really get into it. And today, because we’re doing this in the podcast, we’re going to do it a little bit different.

This is why I’m starting out with this, instead of like doing it at the very end. So here’s what I want you to do, guys. I want you to think about that person who you feel deserves success the most. Who in your life deserves success the most? Who do you want to succeed more than anything? Probably your kids. Maybe you feel that way about your parent or your spouse. I want you to think about that. I want you to think of all of the things that you want for them. Now, think about that success for you. We were created for more. We need to be more. Every person has some kind of success brewing inside them.

SHOW NOTES:

• We were created for more. We need to be more. Every person has some kind of success brewing inside them. (06:46)

• We’re making sure that everybody else is taken care of. Well guess what? When you’re an entrepreneur, it’s time to take the driver’s seat. It’s time to be the driver and it’s time to make sure that you are taking care of you and you are driving for yourself. (7:49)

• So what I have done with my kids, I don’t put those limits on them because you know why? I don’t have limits on myself. I’ve got breaks though. Slows me down sometimes, but I think we all do. But you know what? I don’t quit. (10:08)

• It used to be very hard for me to want that success and all of those great things for myself. And now, I know that it’s not selfish for me to want that. (11:33)

• My hope is that you leave this podcast feeling inspired, fired up, and ready to take the next step to living your dream life. (12:45)
